Russia is attacking the sovereign nation of Georgia, China’s manipulating currency; both nations are intent on expansion and dominance while we fund them. The US continues to battle Islamo-fascists in Iraq and Afghanistan while Iran works on going nuclear.
Meanwhile on the domestic front, the Fed is pumping billions of dollars into the banking system, and those dollars are backed by nothing! The McCarthy era is long gone, today politicians and lawmakers are openly socialist, they just call it “progressive”. Gas hovers near $4.00 a gallon and the only way Congress will consider freeing up land for drilling is to include it in a bill stuffed with pork.
Each day brings a new way for government to exert more control over our lives and pick more money from our pockets. It’s no wonder people are feeling a little anxious. With all that’s going on can you really trust the Junior Senator from Illinois (who has spent most of his term as senator campaigning) to hold the keys to the oval office? Talk about feeling a little anxious.
