It’s so typical, the left wing accuses conservatives of being Nazi’s and running a police state, when it’s their candidate who is threatening his detractors with jail and fines. His Missouri campaign staff has instructed state police and prosecutors to go after anyone who runs a “misleading ad” or lies about him.
Governor Blunt will have none of that. Read his statement.

I’m interested in learning more about this. Where can I read about how Sen. Obama’s campaign staff “instructed” Missouri state police and prosecutors to “go after” his opponents in that state? I didn’t know that citizens could tell police what to do. Of course, if the law has been broken and a citizen files a police report about it, the police are required to act, the same as when someone reports a theft or an assault. Police cannot refuse to act when there is reasonable cause to suspect that a crime has been committed. I’d like to know which the case is here.

He’s also threatening lawsuits in Pa & Oh at tv & radio stations running NRA ads. Who are the Nazis?

You would think the left would be up in arms over this assault on free speech, but the Messiah can do no wrong and they could never commit such heresy as to question him.

READ BLUNT’S STATEMENT, BUT I’M STILL WAITING FOR an example of Obama and his people coming on like Nazis and trying to force Missouri police and prosecutors to do their dirty work for them.
(Sorry about having caps lock on in first sentence.)

Click on the “threatening his detractors” link in the body of my post. That will take you to another post that has plenty of other links.

Thanks for the links. Followed ‘em. Read em’. And I’m amazed at the fuss on the right because a candidate has declared that he is against being lied about. But the laws against lying were laid down long before Obama’s arrival on the scene. Lying in speech is slander. Lying in print is libel. Is the right wing against both of these?
Here’s a website for you: factcheck.com. Factcheck is a non-partisan sight where you can submit statements you here or read by either of the candidates — or by anyone else for that matter — and find out to what percent they are factual. If you want to test their veracity, submit some statements you agree with and others that you know are false. But be prepared. The responses are factual and you may not like what you learn.
