We all know the Syracuse Chiefs are severing their relationship with the Toronto Blue Jays. For months, everyone’s been hoping the New York Mets would choose Syracuse as the new home of their farm team. I say, forget the Mets.
Do you remeber the saying made famous by George Costanza? “I’m not that into you.” That’s what the Mets think of us. Get over it!
Love the one you’re with. The Washington Nationals (I’m a Phillies fan so you can’t accuse me of having an alterior motive) sent a rep here on a private jet first thing this morning. The Nationals’ representative said they love it here. They love the facility and the community. Embrace that!

My youngest son came to work with me the other day. Someone asked him if he liked the Mets and he made me so proud when he said “The Mets stink!”
