While reading ABC News’ “The Note” about how Colin Powell’s endorsement of Barack Obama pretty much drove the final nail in the coffin of the McCain campaign, their evening news broadcast began.
Barack Obama is campaigning with Hillary Clinton in Florida and encouraging democrats to use the early voting option. Barack told people they should do so because their cars could break down or they could sleep through their alarms on election day. Then ABC told us that 800,000 democrat voters didn’t vote when George Bush ran and if they had, John Kerry would be our President.
They went on to call Sarah Palin “damaged”, gush about Obama’s lead in the polls and tell us that Americans will be better off under Obama’s tax plan than John McCain’s “George Bush tax plan.”
This was yet another Obama campaign commercial disguised as news.

I’m not surprised in the least. The Powell endorsement of Dyn-O-Bama was probably to be expected since he’s a liberal dressed in conservative clothing.

Biden was on Ellen whatshername’s show this afternoon. The opening segment was followed by several Obama campaign ads. Sure, it’s her show and she can do what she wants. She got Biden to oppose prop 8 in CA and repeat his opposition for the Constitutional amendment defining marriage. Seems everyone in the media besides conservative talk radio is loading up against McCain.
As far as Colin Powell’s endorsement goes, Obama was endorsed by Khadafi and Hamas too but they don’t mention that on the air.
