Can you believe this? Biden warning the USA that if they elect Obama, “Watch, we’re gonna have an international crisis, a generated crisis, to test the mettle of this guy.”
There is no way to parse this to make it look like it is out of context. Here is the guy that the Dems say is the most qualified Senator in Washington in the field of foreign policy. So here are the choices. We take Joe at his word and ask ourselves, “Why would we elect someone that the world feels they have license to test?”
OR
We dismiss his statement as the ramblings of a gaffe machine that just wants to impress his audience. In this case we have to question Obama’s judgment in selecting Biden and Biden’s suitability for the office and potential suitability for the presidency.
No matter how you slice this it is a valuable insight into the minds of these men.
McCain should respond and say “I am the one best to deal with an international crisis as I have been more right etc..” He should take advantage of it.
