Bipartisan Outrage Over Obama’s Plan to Charge Vets for Health Care UPDATE – Obama’s Backing Off on This One
ByObama’s proposal to bill veterans’ private health insurance for treatment of service connected injuries isn’t being received well by anyone.
Obviously, veterans don’t like it. One is even calling for General Shinseki to resign in protest. David Rehbein, national commander of the American Legion continues to speak out against the proposal. This morning he had an op-ed piece in The Wall Street Journal. Even Democrats are fuming.
I have an idea. President Obama said he needs to come up with $25 billion or so over five years for the VA. How about they take $25 billion out of the Crapulus Bill, the OmniPork Bill or the second half of the TARP that Turbo Tax Geithner’s been sitting on. With all the billions they have lying around down there in DC they should be able to find the money somewhere, no?
Update: Looks like Obama couldn’t take the heat, so he’s shelved this plan.

Polls, Polls, Polls, Polls, what do they all mean?? It seems they point, when carefully studied, to the Obamanators slide down a slippery slope. People are not happy with his performance, oddly enough, he is still high in popularity. Perhaps this is because the majority of the people are dull witted cows (sheep) who just wish to be led about and not think.
