Judge Andrew Napolitano Says Andrew Cuomo’s Actions are Un-Constitutional

New York’s Attorney General Andrew Cuomo is demanding the names of recipients of bonuses at AIG and Merrill Lynch. Judge Andrew Napolitano tells Shepard Smith that Cuomo’s actions are in violation of the Constitution. (Not that anyone cares about that old document anymore.)
