We used to mock France. Now we need to be like France. They use nuclear power. They have low electricity rates. They even export electricity to Germany whose politicians invested in wind mills and solar panel’s. (Sound familiar?) France’s deficits are lower than ours. Under Obama’s budget we wouldn’t be let into the European Union.
