If only we had to worry just about what the left hand is doing while the right hand is waving something shiny, like populist outrage. Doesn’t it seem like while we’re watching the hands, the invisible tentacles of government are reaching into every aspect of American life?

And now that the House has passed the “Pay for Performance Act of 2009″, these Tentacles are reaching further into controling the Private Sector–the determination of wages and retirement determined by the Treasury–can you say “Geithner”? Control the Auto Industry, control Financial Institutes and sooner or later you control every aspect of “The People”—

While the people are being barraged by the tons of horrors from Washington about the economy, terrorism, foreign policy, awful appointments, etc a new and rotten amnesty bill is quietly snaking its way through Capitol Hill that will go unnoticed until it’s too late.
