President Obama’s world apology tour will go on ad infinitum, or at least the next three and a half years. Next stop: Egypt.
President Obama will make his promised speech to the Muslim world from Egypt, a White House official said on Friday.
Obama pledged during the campaign to address the Muslim world from a Muslim capital within the first few months of taking office. Picking a site proved challenging for a range of reasons — from diplomacy to security — and the decision took longer than expected, with Obama commissioning options from a research team.
Having settled on Egypt, the White House today announced that he is adding a stop there to his early June overseas trip. That trip will also take him to Normandy, France, for the anniversary of D-Day, and to the Buchenwald concentration camp and Dresden, Germany.
It will be interesting to see if Obama addresses Egypt’s human rights abuses in his speech. And I wonder if he’ll talk about American arrogance while visiting Normandy and Dresden. I’ll be surprised if he doesn’t, but there’s always hope.
Why on earth is this man so desperate for Middle Eastern Muslim approval, does no one else worry about this? I do. It’s not like we don’t have REASONS for being leery of Islam. And he’s asking YEMEN what we should do with Yemeni detainees at Gitmo. He should ask his pal Madeline ALbright, she was so flipping brilliant and had such a great relationship with Yemen—she was on THEIR side while our FBI tried to investigate the USS Cole bombing. These people are just…so…nauseating.
I’d feel better if he stayed away from Omaha Beach. I’ve been there. I’ve walked among the markers at the cemetery, made the trek from the waterline to the bluffs. This man does not have enough respect for his country or his fallen countrymen to be ALLOWED in Normandy. He’s apologizing for the United States while Normandy is still naming streets after dead U.S. service personnel because THEY get it. PFFFFFFFFTTTTT!

It really is enough to make one sick, isn’t it Daneen? What’s more disturbing is that so many of our fellow Americans still approve of this man. Thank the MSM and the NEA for that.

Did you ever see the website where a medical professional theorized that Obama actually uses hypnosis techniques while he’s speaking? It was fascinating and right on the mark! My grandmother–bless her heart–grew up in a time when it was perfectly normal to be a bigot. I can’t tell you what she’d normally call a black man, without any malice even! Just casually. And she had Alzheimer’s and had no idea what was going on in the world or what the Presidential candidates were talking about.
And yet when he appeared on the screen and began speaking, this weird smile spread across her face and she sat there just swooning over him. She was so happy he was the President—based solely on watching him speak. Weirdest (and somewhat scary!) thing. Then i read that hypnosis theory, and I believe that’s absolutely true. And spooky as hell.

I remember that article about Obama’s speeches and hypnosis. It came out before the election. I may have linked to it, I can’t remember. Since I don’t have a staff I have to clean up after my own kids – otherwise I’d search the archives to see if I could find it.
