“Free” Health Care for all in NOT about caring for people.
It’s about POWER. Those who seek something for nothing will vote themselves all the entitlements they can. Those who want power readily offer this to get said votes.
Used to be if you didn’t own land you couldn’t vote. Once upon a time I didn’t think that fair. Now I’m worried that those who do not pay income/property/capital gains taxes can have a say so on who are taxed and by how much.
