Some socialists have even spoken of possibly changing their name to “Democrats”. The thinking is that a different title might help the group, particularly in eastern Europe.
It looks like maybe the republicans won’t have to re-brand the democrats after all. The European Socialists will do it for them. But if Rasmussen’s latest poll is any indicator, maybe the republicans won’t need their help after all.
