Republicans now say they’re in control of the Senate in Albany. They have the keys.
The Republican-led coalition opened the doors to the Senate Thursday and tried to get down to business – minutes after a judge refused to block the takeover.
The new majority went into session without the Democrats – except for the two who joined the coup – but, after a few speeches, adjourned until Monday.
The new leaders said they couldn’t conduct business because the Democrats locked away all the bills and other documents.
Locking up bills and documents – how mature of them.

How mature of the Republicans and the 2 Dem rogues to stage this debacle. We need leadership – not antics.

That’s what they’re finally trying to provide. Enough of the secret meetings behind closed doors. That is not leadership and has to come to an end.

I’m with LC. This needs to happen. It’s better than nothing and nothing is what we’ve been getting from Albany for quite sometime. It shows that one party really doesn’t have total control and I’m glad to see that.
