Um, he’s a comedian, he makes fun of people. You know, kind of like Limbaugh is a radio host (addict and pedophile), who also makes fun of people. So, why the outrage? Besides, Palin is kind of, you know, dumb.

What happened to that liberal guy who used to drop in here and say something intelligent? I liked that guy.
Letterman also thought it was funny to say that there “was an awkward moment when she went to a Yankees game,in the 7th inning Bristol got knocked up by Alex Rodriguez”. There is funny and then there is thinly disguised anger/inferiority complex…it’s been 7 months, why can’s he just get over it?
What on earth possesses this man? Don’t you wonder why he’s SO AFRAID of this GIRL from the boondocks? Good lord, we conservatives don’t spend this much time on Sarah Palin–and I’m sure Letterman voted for Obama, so why isn’t he a happy man too enthralled with the Obama universe to be worrying about the Governor of Alaska?
I think it’s interesting, psychologically;to ponder on why liberals are so angry and inferior about everything…I think they’re just like little kids who never grew up: they whine that life is not “fair” and can’t seem to get over a tiff even if they win. Letterman stopped being funny after his first year, anyway.

This morning I was listening to Bill Bennett on the way to work. A caller asked why the elites despise Palin so. Bennett’s explanation was spot on. (I’m paraphrasing.) They hate her because she’s an accomplished woman who is so normal and traditional. They hate her because she’s pro-life and unashamed. They hate her because she has no desire to be like them, and because she’s comfortable in her own skin. What a threat to them!
I miss that polite liberal guy too. I don’t know where he went.

If Sarah Palin is SO silly and irrelevant, why the obsession? Clearly the Left noted her appeal, and are out to eliminate the threat- it’s not like it’s not obvious.
And she’s been highly successful in life while ignoring the left-wing feminist model… this helps to explain the extra dose of venom in the attacks.
Of course, the Democrats are plenty afraid of Palin coming-back at them in 2012 with a dynamic and complementary VP like Bobby Jindal… or visa versa.
And they surely have reason to fear her- Palin is the most popular governor in the country… are all those people idiots? Alaska was a pretty corrupt system until she stepped in. Her reforms took on entrenched politicians (inc. Republicans), a mafioso-style union boss, and Big Oil.
Wouldn’t it have been nice if Obama had been principled and brave enough to confront the corrupt Chicago Democratic Machine?
Or shady political operators like Tony Rezko?
Racist preachers?
Instead of doing business with every last one of them?
Go get em, Sarah- and don’t mind the press, nobody will be listening to them anymore after the pending Obamamania implosion- and once the ties of GE and others with media holdings to the Obama administration are fully exposed.

The liberals are scared ****less of Sarah Palin. They sh0uld be!! Letterman has acted like a cad and a lout. He doesn’t even know enough to know when he’s “had it” and he won’t be able to dig his way out of the quagmire he’s created.
