When you’re spending other people’s money, no amount is a large amount. But they aren’t supposed to say it out loud, lest the unwashed masses find out the dirty little secret. Apparently, Mr. Biden didn’t get the White House memo.
White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs repeated that “only in Washington, D.C. is $100 million not a lot of money.”
“It is where I’m from. It is where I grew up. And I think it is for hundreds of millions of Americans,” Gibbs told reporters in April.
But apparently it isn’t for Vice President Biden.
When dealing in government dollars and cents, even six times that amount is “not a lot of money” for the VP.
Noting at a stimulus roundtable to day in New York that the Small Business Administration has awarded $600 million in loans in the first hundred days since Obama signed the bill, Biden said:
“And here’s the important part – that’s not a lot of money, but of those $600 million in loans, there are over 600 small-town banks who hadn’t made a loan since 2007 or 2008 that are making a loan.”

How about, Joe Biden is just a chump!!
