At last night’s Republican fundraising dinner John Voight called President Obama a “false prophet” and called for an end to the Obama oppression. He also asked if we’re supposed to sit by waiting for the next Holocaust to happen. NewsBusters has a partial transcript.

John Voight said it so clearly and so succintly. He is a clear thinker. We need all people of like mind to stand up and say it like Mr. Voight. The madness must be shown for what it is. Hopefully the nation is getting the picture.

Forget the truncated, non critical review of the Bush years, with all their attendant secrecy, greed & corruption (e.g., closed “energy summits”; no bid contracts in Iraq; unaccounted pallets of money sent to Halliburton; etc.), and the mess the country was in the autumn prior to the election. Just listen to this superficial sage and ask yourself: “So, what is he or other conservatives proposing as an alternative?” Really, whether Israel, the economy, foreign or domestic policy in general, what are they proposing?” The answer: nothing. That is, decidedly, not thinking clearly. That is not thinking at all.
