These days people just accept things in the Internet at face value rather than doing the research themselves. And the result is that a lot of lies and half-truths become "common knowledge." We're all dumber for it and it's damaging the reputation of this country. Not saying that this guy isn't a crazy wackjob, just that you shouldn't accept that he is because someone else told you so. That's how we get in trouble in this country and why so many people here are so pathetically ill-informed.
