So many statists, so little time

I could have a team of four full time bloggers and still not be able to keep up with the statists. It’s like Robin Hood and his gang of Merry Men on a steroids.

In keeping with their long tradition of class warfare, the democrats are floating the idea of a tax surcharge on wealthy Americans to pay for a health care overhaul in the US. As if there will be any wealthy Americans left by the time they’re finished.

If you’re looking for a crystal ball to find out what a nationalize health care plan will be like, head over to the Wall Street Journal and read about how NICE health care is for the British. It’s nice but only if you aren’t too young, too old, or too ill.

Al Gore (no doubt counting the billions he’s set to earn from his investments in cap and tax schemes) has resorted to likening global warming skeptics to Hitler. To the left, anyone who resists allowing government complete control of everything is Hitler. If Hitler were alive today he’d be right there alongside Al Gore, leading the charge against the deniers.

Yet another Obama advisor is calling for a third stimulus. These people won’t stop until they’ve completely bankrupted the United States. Is there anyone in the press who wonders why?

Speaking of statists, President Obama stands firm on his commitment to support ousted Honduran President Zelaya. I guess in Obama’s mind a president who re-writes his nation’s constitution in order to retain power indefinitely is someone to be admired.

Finally, if you’re curious as to why the statists went after Sarah Palin with such unmitigated force and gusto, click here. Nothing explains better why they took down Sarah Palin. They had to, she posed a clear and present danger to the national suicide pact.
