The democrats like the pretend they are the party that stands up for the regular folks in America. Witnessing the way the First Family jets around the world and lives in high style ought to be enough to put that argument to rest. The Republican Party is far from perfect, and could use a thorough house cleaning, but for the most part they stand up more for the little guy than the democrats. (And please, don’t tell me that handing out other people’s money is standing up for anyone – that’s called theft!)
The Republican Rural Solutions Group put together this video last week showing who really is looking out for rural Americans. It’s nice that somebody did. Obviously, House democrats didn’t listen.
Dems care about the little guy as long as they get votes for the effort.
