I would like your thoughts on the following material.

I believe that I have stated the Nature of the issues and am requesting the proper information to pursue justice. As you know, I am not a University Professor who teaches any subject matter related to Law; therefore, my conclusions could be incorrect… which would result in wasting everyone’s time on a fool’s errand. All Individual economic models require you to have ‘1 years worth of survival capital on/at hand’… therefore, a working political solution that stops the destruction of America incorporates this survival $$$ fact.
A successful political model requires that a reasonable segment of the voting population will move – today and tomorrow – to just say NO ! the root of all political correction lies in the facts and the Law… the facts are : the previous and current bands of Collectivists occupying the offices of our government ‘Do Not have the Authority to Act in any manner that advances the/a collectivist agenda’… the Law is the US Constitution.

The government keeps saying that No One is above the Law; it seems that the concept would apply to Circuit Court Justice Sotomayor. [see immediately above]
I need a personal hand here. Please provide me useful information and direct me to competent legal assistance.
Sotomayor refused to issue the mandatory orders of relief, or denial of relief, as requested by me under the civil rules of procedure. It looks to me like Sotomayor refuses to do her Judicial job, which is to provide me just determination, choosing instead to act to advance what she perceives to be her personal interests in employment : gain : related unjust enrichment. I believe the refusal of Sotomayor to act in time, in my case, demonstrates Official gross negligence.
I need to locate the proper forms for, and addresses for, filing Bar, justice department, and US SPC Complaints against Sotomayor for refusing me relief through immediate resolution of my exparte order request; to be buttressed by appropriate civil disciplinary and/or criminal actions against Sotomayor.
In my case, on the basis of what I perceive to be the Grossly Negligent behavior of Sotomayor, I believe Justice requires Sotomayor’s immediate dismissal from the bench and, for ‘mouthing an Oath to uphold the law’ while she was/is knowingly refusing to do her ‘sworn’ clear and present Circuit Court Justice duty in my specific case as filed disbarred.
I would like the ACLU to handle my complaints and case through successful final resolution, however, the ACLU is a political and legal confederate of Sotomayor [and her Marxist henchmen] so that does not seem likely… and, I still need to find useful legal council.
