I watched a ten-minute clip on YouTube of this meeting. The main thing I took away from it was the Senator telling people that this “reform bill” would give every citizen the same insurance options as Congress’ insurance plan. He outright lied. I’m so shocked.

Just an idea:
Obama plans to hold the town-hall meetings Tuesday in Portsmouth, N.H., Friday in Bozeman, Mont., and Saturday in Grand Junction, Colo. I have a sugesstion. IF YOU ARE AGAINST HIS DEATH CARE LEGISLATION, do not attend these meetings. SCREW him. He does not care what we think. Why go to an event where you WILL be portrayed by the media as ignorant, anti American buffoons? I believe a silent protest such as this will speak volumes about what we think of this man and his so called policies. Let his paid supporters be the only attendees. Me thinks word would be spread IN A BIG WAY via the internet that WE WILL NOT HONOR THIS MAN WITH OUR PRESENCE AT HIS STACKED DECK EVENTS!!!!!!

Just watched your posted clips: different meeting. Take away: “leave us alone”, “you have awakened the sleeping giant.” I love America.

Completely agree with Terry. It would be great if NO protests were at these Obama meetings. Boy, wouldn’t THAT kill the sucker’s ego.

The plan is being shoved down the throats of all Americans with great haste, and the opportunity for thoughtful dialogue has not been provided. When Lib elected officials host what are conveniently being called Town Hall Meetings, and then simply parrot Obama’s party line from a podium on a stage, that is hardly what I would call thoughtful dialogue.

It is only thoughtful dialog if you agree with them. That is they way they have been for a long time. Just like it’s only free speech when they say it or it’s only open-minded if you think like them. It’s just a matter of time before people realize the lies they’ve been told. I think that is already starting to happen. I don’t think people are as stupid as they’re counting on us being. There will be a number of them who will lose their jobs this election due to their contempt and arrogance.
