How dare you! This is in total bad taste. I dare you to find someone who was in a death camp to see this as funny. My mother was in one and we lost many family members. If this is a conservatives idea of humor, then I am out of your party, and can go to hell, as all laughing Nazis are already there.

I’m sorry if this was hurtful to you. I can certainly understand why. But the point of the video was not to offend victims of the Holocaust or downplay Hitler’s horrors. It’s more a warning that it can happen here if we aren’t vigilant.

But you do not see and fail to understand what happened in the camps, is the point. Again, by your reaction to this dirt it is clear YOU are not able to understand there is and can NEVER be another Holocaust! Hitler should be left to history and an example of man’s horrors to another humanbeing. We should never forget that THIS is a democracy and that we can all speak freely, but this does not include any right of verbal abuse to any one person or group. NEVER compare Hitler, the Nazis and the Holocaust to our politcal discourse, it solves nothing and degrades YOUR point of view. Again this video alone can push people away from your ideas that may have once agreed with you. I for one will never again vote for a conservative or Republican because of what this video has done to my mother and my family. After my mother saw it, I will join any opposition to you and your kind. The hurt that YOU caused her has forever welded my family, friends and neighbors to the side of President Obama. My God forgive you.

Lonely Conservative
It was my mother who found it, and she says a link was emailed to her by persons unknown to her. I believe that you would have to agree that was a very sick joke. Regardless, we can only assume that you laughed hard and long at it and my mother, who could not hurt another living thing, believes that you would just as likely be at the ovens tending the flames and laughing at the situation. My mother, my family are not even Jewish, they dared to fight the Nazis during the occupation of Hungary. My grandfather, and his brother were executed, the rest of my mother extended family was shipped to the camps. She was 12 and the only one to return to her village. She even had to endure Soviet occupation until the Hungarian uprising. Hitler, Stalin, Nazis & Russian are no joke, no laughing matter. Words, and video can hurt.

My grandfather fought the nazi’s. He was drafted, left his young family and returned to the US a changed man. Thankfully he lived to tell about it. Oh, except he was so scarred from the experience he never talked about it. And I would never joke about the victims of the holocaust. This video does not make fun of the holocaust – it makes fun of statists. In case you aren’t aware, the nazi party was also known as the national socialist party. Our side is trying to keep our republic from turning into a totalitarian state. If it hurt your mom’s feelings I’m sorry for that and please tell her I am glad she survived. I certainly meant no harm. But I happened to be at my desk when your comment came in. I checked my site meter and saw exactly how you found this site. As I didn’t create the video I have no idea how many others posted it. Perhaps it was one of them that made fun of holocaust victims.

Perhaps my mothers hurt overtook my emotions, she tells us that she is a strong woman who has survived many hurts and yet still has a large garden every year. She says that I should not be so critical to others who do not understand, she says that I should teach, not preach! I do think that if you were really sincere you would apologize and that the video off your site.
So to teach. I think you really need to do more reading of history. Just reading “The Rise & Fall of the Third Reich”, you would know that Hitler & buddies hijacked the National Socialist Party, by gaining leadership positions, then murdering almost all of the socialists. The very few that survived fled Germany and then Austria until there only two in Paris in 1940. Your side is my side in that we will fight any totalitarian.
If you really studied fascism you would understand it is an extreme right construct, just as Communism or even Bolsheviks are a far left construct. (It can even be said that Stalin morphed the Russian Bolshevik state into a fascist state. Just think, Stalin, took Lenin’s state and killed off all opposition, nationalized industry and collectivized the farmed, not much different than Hitler.) However, Hitler USED industrial corporations and their executives rather than own them, i.e., Krupps, Hoch-Tief, Siemans, etc. These corporations worked hand-in-hand with Hitler, making money hand over fist, hiding much in Swiss accounts until after the war (read the transcripts from the Nurnberg Trials). These corporations still exist and as multi-nationals still make money from you & me. It is the multi-national corporations and all those corporations that are “too big to fail” that we should fear, not our elected government that IS We the People. The only “bogeymen” we need to fear are the corporations and our nation allowing them to create a “corpotractity”. We are very near there now. The corporations are now protected as “persons”, having the ability to petition our elected representatives, freedom of speech and donate to their favorite causes and but unlike us, live forever, split into multiple parts and “devour” other such “persons”. It was not always like this. Even Jefferson warned us against these “economic Royalists” as FDR called them. Ask yourself, why have we stopped enforcing the Sherman Anti-Trust Act? Carter was the last to break one, AT&T.

You’re reading the wrong history books. They’re almost all written by leftists. American liberals were sympathetic to Hitler before WWII and before the truth about the holocaust came to light. They all had the same left, socialist, totalatitarian leanings. So they had to re-write history and call fascism “right wing” when it couldn’t be farther from the truth. And the corporatism you speak of is also a form of socialism/fascism/totalitarianism. Why do you think corporations and Wall Street donated so much money to democrats? It’s worked out pretty well for them hasn’t it? Not so much for small business.
