House Republicans are doing a bang up job lately, for the most part, of standing together to oppose the run-away spending in Washington, DC. It’s a shame the same can’t be said for Republicans in the Senate.
Via The Conservatives, The Club for Growth Reports:
Hatch wasn’t alone. Look at this list of the Republican Big Spenders who all voted for ALL FIVE of the first appropriations bills to pass the Senate:
Lamar Alexander — TN
Robert F. Bennett — UT
Thad Cochran — MS
Susan Collins — ME
Orrin G. Hatch — UT
Kay Bailey Hutchison — TX
Mike Johanns — NE
Richard G. Lugar — IN
Lisa Murkowski — AK
Richard C. Shelby — AL
Olympia J. Snowe — ME
George V. Voinovich — OH
Roger Wicker — MSI’m sure Gov. Perry of Texas will have a lot of fun with this information.
Here is a list of the senators who voted against all five (kudos to them!):
Tom Coburn — OK
Jim DeMint — SC
John Ensign — NV
John McCain — AZ
Only four Republican Senators voted against all of Obama’s appropriations bills. What a disgrace!

Check out WashingtonKay.com. Perry’s people are all over this.
