DC 9/12 Tea Party Makes History! – UPDATED

Via Astute Bloggers, between 1.5 and 2 million patriotic Americans descended on Washington DC to protest government run-amok. This would be the largest peaceful political protest in the history of these United States. I’m so proud, I only wish I could have made it there.

No wonder Obama high tailed it to Minnesota.
Update: For those who say there were nowhere near 1 or 2 million people at this event, be sure to see Moderate in the Middle where there’s plenty of proof that you’re wrong!

YES IT IS!
We will take back our country.
I’ve just returned from the Olympia, WA (The other Washington) 9-12 gathering in the steps of the capitol.
We didn’t have a million peeps but the crowd was remarkable when you consider this is “San Fransico North”
It made me realized we, as a country started out from a grass root movement…..and we’ll get back to the constitution and our historical roots with a grassroots movement.
