I guess Nancy Pelosi gets her news from Charlie Gibson. She doesn’t even know what’s going on in the upper chamber of Congress.
“I don’t even know what they passed,” Pelosi told The Post yesterday. “What did they do? They defunded it?”
The amendment to suspend housing grants was a stunning blow to the community-activist group — and came as some Democrats and the White House have been backing away from the group.
The vote was preceded by the release of videos by conservative activists posing as a pimp and prostitute soliciting — and receiving — tips from ACORN employees about how to shield income, avoid taxes and set up a brothel.
The issue now goes to a House-Senate conference committee for a spending bill. Its fate is up to Democratic leaders, particularly Pelosi, since the House passed no such provision.
She’s either totally ignorant, or she’s just playing dumb. Take your pick.

I agree with Kate, this woman’s credibility is nil, she can feign ignorance for reasons of deniability, but it is a very thin veil. These people don’t change so a good gauge of them is their past record, remember her flip flops from before and mark them for what they are, opportunistic liars and cheats.

She doesn’t have to PLAY dumb–she IS dumb if she thinks anyone believes that garbage. She simply hadn’t had time for her advisors to put the right words into her mouth and by now she’s learned not to state her own idiotic opinions in public. She and Gibson make a great pair–Dumb and Dumber still refusing to admit anything that might taint the image of their idol.
