Obama’s Salvation Depends on Americans’ Collective Sacrifice

I came across this video/audio the other date at Notoriously Conservative. It slipped my mind until until I read this post at Maggie’s Notebook, recalling Obama’s words to America’s Rabbis about his health care plan. He said “We are God’s partners in matters of life and death.” Does he really believe that? Does he really believe this?

“…certain portions of the African American community are doing as bad, if not worse, uh, and recognizing that my fate remains tied up with their fates, uh, that my individual salvation is not going to come about without a collective salvation for the country. Um, unfortunately I think that recognition requires we make sacrifices and this country is not always been willing to make the sacrifices necessary to bring about a new day and a new age.”

Huh? What collective sacrifices does he expect of Americans to bring about his individual salvation? Are there any psychiatrists out there to shed some light on the mental state of our president? A few things come to mind, but I only have a bachelor’s degree. I wouldn’t want to agitate the left with amateur speculation.

Weird. And creepy. I wonder just how much he has in store for us before he finds his “salvation.”
