Despite the fact that the MSM completely ignored the news of Van Jones’s past, the radical commie Green Jobs Czar has quit. And of course he’s blaming it on the folks who had the nerve to dig up his past. Not that it was hard.
“On the eve of historic fights for health care and clean energy, opponents of reform have mounted a vicious smear campaign against me,” Jones said in his resignation statement. “They are using lies and distortions to distract and divide.”
Jones said he has been “inundated with calls from across the political spectrum urging me to stay and fight.”
Since when is replaying a man’s own words a smear campaign? Who’s fault is it that he hates America? Who forced him to create a blatantly anti-American album? Gateway Pundit has more on Jones’s resignation.

Howard said his resignation is a great loss to the country. He is a Yale grad, a lawyer, and best selling author. So what if he hates this country. Picky people!

Van Jones is an embarrassment to every real American.
He should never have gotten into the federal government, let alone into the White House.
It says as much about our president as it does about Jones that he was given a job.
