I have to disagree with this one… The old man swung the flag at him when he was walking past and said something not so nice to him. I’d go off as well…
I’ve had m-16s pointed in my face by federals while protesting clear cutting in the Shawnee, and been to many anti-war protest. Seen much worse than this. I thought the liberal was well in his right. The old man swung the flag at him. Wrong move… I call them as I see them. I’m TOTALLY anti-liberal and ObamaNation, but this is making a mountain out of a mole hill…

I just watched the first four minutes of the video again and didn’t see anyone hit him with a flag. I saw flags swaying in the breeze. From the first moment he was yelling and snapping photos of the Tea Partiers. Sorry, I have to disagree. I can’t watch the rest again, I have to go to sleep.

I’m with LC on this one. I looked at the video several times, and if in a court of law, I would have to say the man with the flag did not hit the man with the camera.
