Zo, bro, I love ya (I’m a suburban white (as a sheet) boy from the 50′s/60′s). I love my black brothers, particularly my Christian black brothers. All my family members are musicians (Dad played on the riverboats between Pittsburg and New Orleans, brother Dave wrote for Broadway, maternal grandmother played ragtime), so I know what you mean about music. My father brought me up on Teddy Wilson, Art Tatum, etc. Zo, I’ve recorded and played a lot of stuff and once backed Bo Diddley for a couple of weeks at “Arcaro’s” in norther Kentucky. What a hoot! I’m presently finishing up construction of my third recording studio / sound stage. Hope to meet you some time and work with you if ever the Lord makes it possible. Keep up the good work(s). Call when you come to Cincinnati.
