This happened with both of them and in both cases the readiness levels suffered SEVERELY. Ever wonder why Repub Presidents always have to spend big bucks on the Military? The amount of crap the Congress spews onto this country EVERY SINGLE DAY is moving us closer to a true revolution. I really hope we can all hang on until the elections, but this country has never been this out of control. If pushed too far, I see the first step as a "shut down" of the country. Still civil disobedience, but very dramatic. Be dramatic, Jeremy, because it is dramatic.
