If I were Michelle Obama I’d be insulted by this action figure. It’s touted as showing off her toned arms, but really, it isn’t that flattering. They gave her a big head and man hands. I’m no Michelle Obama cheerleader, but this is just mean.

The company that created the President Obama action figure announced it’s releasing a miniature plastic version of the commander-in-chief’s better half, according to the New York Daily News.

“Batman has nothing on Michelle Obama,” Manhattan mom Eileen Ramos told the paper. “I bought the Barack figure last year but I think Michelle is the one with the real superpowers in the family.”

About the best I can say is she damned sure ain’t Barbie.

Have you SEEN Barbie lately?? Even Barbie doesn’t look like Barbie. This “action” doll is flat out stupid. Her shirts don’t even say “I Hate America”, how believable is this? lol

The belt on the action figure is a little low.

I read that this figure was released, ran a search and came across your post. I’ve worked in the toy business and I have to say you missed the point of this figure. Action Figures aren’t supposed to be exact replicas. I got turned on to this company about three months ago and their stuff leans toward more pop-art styles. And knowing what it takes it terms of manufacturing limitations I think these guys nailed it.
And Lisa? Don’t be so angry. It’s unbecoming.

Michelle Obama is very charismatic just like her husband and it is the reason why i like her. I also feel that she could connect with people more easily than any other first ladies.
