Erick Erickson makes the case that the war in Afghanistan is a distraction from the “morally equivalent wars” the left is fighting. They’ve mobilized their troops for health care reform and pushing their green agenda. So they can’t justify “wasting” any more resources fighting our enemies overseas. That explains why Obama’s marginalized General Patreaus and will soon throw General McChrystal under his bus.
