Government Proposes Marathon Tax
In light of the recent tragic deaths of three Detroit marathon competitors, the government has issued a panel to look into the possibility of imposing the newest in a series of “sin taxes”. A marathon tax would be applied to help curtail this type of tragedy from repeating itself. A spokes person from the Health and Human Services office stated that “We believe strongly in healthy exercise but clearly some exercise is healthier than others.”
The administration has been publicly quiet on this issue but according to sources is secretly pushing for this to happen quickly. “We have to do this before more innocent people are hurt by strenuous exercise.” said Thomas Quinbley of the group R.I.S.K. (Running is Sick Kicks). A $250 surcharge would be imposed on all participants of running events.

Justice Department Says Blacks in N.C. Town Can’t Get Elected Without Democratic Party Label
The U.S. Department of Justice is refusing to allow the town of Kinston, N.C., to hold nonpartisan local elections on the grounds that African Americans cannot win election without being listed as Democrats on the ballot.
In a letter sent Saturday by to Kinston City Attorney James P. Cauley III, the Justice Department stated: “Removing the partisan cue in municipal elections will, in all likelihood, eliminate the single factor that allows black candidates to be elected to office.”
The department Tuesday also refused to answer questions about the letter.

The left do not feel blacks are smart enough to figure out who they are voting for. Especially when the cue needed to vote for Dems is removed.

I saw this story yesterday but ran out of time and didn’t get to it. Unbelievable. It’s like they’re saying blacks are too stupid to research candidates and find out where they stand on the issues.

It’s actually even worse than that. It is really saying white Democrats are too racist to vote for a black unless the black is Democrat. It has nothing to do with what the black candidate thinks or proposes, just the color. Proof that racism resides squarely on the left.

Andrew, you’re so right. When will people finally wake up and realize who these people are? Good grief! BTW – I’ve been too busy to get to it yet, but there’s a Tea Party/Constitution Rally at the Federal Building on Friday October 30 at 6:00 PM. Finally, an event that’s not in the middle of a work day.
