After months of bashing Wall Street, President Obama is headed to Wall Street for a swanky fundraiser for the DNC and Bill Owens, the democrat in NY 23. It’s swanky and expensive at $30,400.00 per couple. You’re tax dollars at work electing democrats!
Should Owens win the election, who will he be indebted to? It certainly won’t be the people of his district.
I have to thank the president for reminding me to make a donation to Doug Hoffman’s campaign. I’ve been so busy I almost forgot. I can check that off my list of things to do today. It certainly isn’t $30,400.00 but every little bit helps!
Update: This post was done quickly this morning before work, but you should also know the following:
While Bill Owens was looking forward to the big Wall Street fundraiser, Conservative candidate Doug Hoffman was meeting with grassroots supporters at his new campaign site in Canastota, NY. (Dede Scozzafava, the RINO, was probably regretting calling the cops on a reporter for committing the crime of doing his job. But that’s another story.) Something to think about when deciding which candidate represents Wall Street and which represents Main Street. I’m not sure what street Scozzafava represents – the Nightmare on Elm Street, maybe?

That’s the second one in less than a month. Who can afford $34k for dinner? Oops, maybe you are on the guest list. LOL, just kidding.
