We all scoffed at the audacity of a 1000 page bill so the geniuses in Congress have decided that 2000 pages will make it all better. It would seem Washington is teeming with prolific, wordy writers – one might even equate them to Tolstoy, but that would be wrong since it was Tolstoy who said:
“The truth is that the State is a conspiracy designed not only to exploit, but above all to corrupt its citizens … Henceforth, I shall never serve any government anywhere.”
So now we have the enormous task of sifting through 2000 pages of legalese tainted writing to see just how far our government will go in order to control the lives of the citizens. If those in government put as much effort in learning the beauty and boundaries in the Constitution as they have in exploitation of the people we would not be in this mess and would be able to get on with life in the way we wish to live it without thought or trepidation of government. The Pelosi brigade has made sure to corrupt the words of our founders and spit in the face of those who have asked the simple question: “Is this constitutional?” Of course it is not. Forcing people to carry a financial burden for the mere act of being born and living is not constitutional.
The cost of this health destruction bill 2.0 has now been scored over the $1 trillion milestone. What we have also learned (what we already knew) is that it will INCREASE the cost of all private insurance. Wasn’t one of the purposes of reform to bring DOWN the cost of healthcare? No – you are a silly plebeian. This is, and always has been, about controlling the people. This is a 2000 page bill to re-enact slavery.
