I happen to have a Bluedog Democrat for a Representative-no I didn't vote for him, but he won fair & square so he is mine now. He promised us at the many town halls that he held this summer, that he would vote NO on any proposal that covered abortion, had public option, & several other things. Any 1 of them was a deal breaker for him. Rumor has it that the DNC threatened them with no help for re-election campaign. I told my Representative-Parker Griffith, that if he stuck to his word & never wavered (& he did not, he was early NO & stayed a NO through final vote) I would stick with him in next election. So, obama is wrong, I do intend to support Representative Griffith-he listened to what his constituients wanted & voted that way, he kept his word, that earned him respect.
