
Remember when Barack Obama and his comrades were telling us we needed health care reform to bring down the cost of insurance premiums? Did you believe them? Ha! Ha! The joke’s on you!
Barack Obama ran for president on a promise of saving the typical family $2,500 a year in lower health care premiums.
But that was then.
No one in the White House is making such a pledge now.
It’s one of the most basic, kitchen-table questions of the entire reform debate: Would the sweeping $900 billion overhaul actually lower spiraling insurance premiums for everyone?
No one really knows. ….
Here’s the thing – if they thought there was any possibility they could lower premiums you know we’d be hearing about it. Day in and day out, that’s all we’d hear. They certainly aren’t going to tell us that premiums for American families could increase by as much at $4000 per year.
