Geithner asked to step down – refused

Treasury Secretary Tim ‘Turbo Tax’ Geithner was asked to step down by Rep. Kevin Brady (R-TX). Geithner was extremely defensive, blamed it all on Bush and refused to step down. Brady asked Geithner where he was working at the time of the financial meltdown and Geithner stuttered his response.

Picture it – your bosses call you in for a performance evaluation. They point out where you’re lacking and you get belligerent and blame your predecessor. Only in government can people get away with this. (Via Gateway Pundit)

Later Rep. Brady talked to Neil Cavuto and said Obama’s a failure on the economy. He also said the stimulus is a “comedy hit.” It’s funny, until you realize who will pay it all back.

It take a lot of clowns to run Obamba’s circus.

Napoleon Dynamite has skills, Geithner…not so much.

Finally, someone is taking the fight to these guys. They’ve done a horrible job on the economy so far and someone needs to start holding them accountable.

I am truely disappointed as an American Citizen. I do not want anymore of my money gone to taxes. You have done nothig but rip the American people off. First the bs of poliically correct, That got an American Military Base shot up right here on our own soil. Yet you do nothing to fix that. Instead you rape the American the people of jobs and financial stubility. Some jacked up stimulus? What are you going to do once your own healthcare providers go belly up after your disolve that business adn your insuance is gone? You will either have to leave the country, be in jail or pay for it out of pocket with the left over you ripped off. Surley you are to good for this jacked up public option. So why don’t you all come home and face the people who put you in office and search for a new job, surely you won’t get re elected we don’t want this and we don’t want you to represent us in this manner anymore. Get out while the gettin is good. Geitner bet step down or we will make sure he is fired. Everyday there is nothing good comint out of Washington. The reason this country was founded in the first place was to avoid this political garbage you have created for yourself. I would just love to see someone tell Pelosi her tummy tucks, face lifts and other cosmetic suregeries won’t be covered. Losers each and everyone.
