Monday Round Up

By

Come Fry with Me - Mark Steyn rips Dr. Rajendra Pachauri, the chair of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change. Nice fella, that Pachuari, if you can get past the hypocrisy.

Speaking of hypocrisy, Pachauri isn’t alone. He’s joined by the likes of Sheryl Crowe, John Travolta, Tom Cruise, Harrison Ford, Sting and wife Trudy, Oprah Winfrey, Jennifer Aniston, Chris Martin and Al Gore. But hey, someone has to live the high life while the unwashed masses are expected to really be unwashed and forego luxuries like toilet paper and hot water.

Oh, and in case you’re wondering, Pachauri isn’t at all concerned about ClimateGate. Apparently, neither are America’s educators.

Today would have been Sir Winston Churchill’s 135th birthday. Reaganite Republican wonders what Churchill would have thought of President Obama. (Hint-he wouldn’t be impressed.)

Doug Patton asks: Are These the Actions of a President Who Loves His Country? In short, the answer is “no” but it’s definitely worth a read. (H/T Lew)

Is Obama going to hand Afghanistan over to the Taliban? Maggie’s Notebook has the story. And the dithering continues – it looks like he still hasn’t made up his mind on troop levels.

And I read that Senator McCain is up to his old tricks again as of late. Pathetic.

  2. This so called “expert” is of course a joke…an economic major no less….more proff that the Global Warming Scam is about politics, not Climate Change.
