This is unbelievable. Andy McCarthy pointed out how Obama helped KSM’s defense team by shooting off his mouth.
In a meeting with the press in China, President Obama said that Khalid Sheikh Mohammed would be “convicted” and had “the death penalty applied to him” . . . and then said he wasn’t “pre-judging” the case. He made the second statement after it was pointed out to him — by NBC’s Chuck Todd — that the first statement would be taken as the president’s interfering in the trial process. Obama said that wasn’t his intention. I’m sure it wasn’t — he’s trying to contain the political damage caused by his decision — but that won’t matter. …
Way to go, dude. Taint the jury pool.
Too bad P.T. Barnum isn’t alive. This will be the spectacle of the millennium. Maybe the administration is hoping to offset the deficit with PPV royalties. Can you imagine the throngs in Muslim countries? It’ll be like a sporting event, the crowds cheering their team, while the victim’s family’s and survivors suffer in daily anguish. Another score for team O. Nice goin’.

As a brilliant Harvard-educated Constitutional lawyer, I am certain that Barack Obama knew exactly what he just did there. Can you say World Court? I think that’s where this administration wants terrorists tried anyway, and he and Holder just handed a civilian court reason to turn KSM over to “world justice” instead of American justice. You do that and eventually U.S. soldiers will find themselves in a “world court”, too.
I do not believe these people are this stupid. Everything has a hidden motive. And every motive is anti-American.

If KSM, an admitted terrorist, is given the same rights as a U.S. citizen, does that mean that from now on all U.S. citizens will be treated like terrorists?
Just wondering, being as our esteemed administration has decided to forego a military tribunal for a war criminal, but O’dumbo and his criminal cohorts spit in the faces of our citizens and are actually appearing delighted they are upsetting so many of the loved ones of those lost on 9/11. This administration is the most cold-hearted bunch of criminals I have ever heard of holding public office. God help us all, because the Muslims in office are deciding our fate from here on out.
