Support for ObamaCare at All Time Low

The more the American people know about ObamaCare, the less they like it. That explains why democrats are in such a hurry to ram this horrid legislation through as quickly as possible.

Just 38% of voters now favor the health care plan proposed by President Obama and congressional Democrats. That’s the lowest level of support measured for the plan in nearly two dozen tracking polls conducted since June.

The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that 56% now oppose the plan.

Half the survey was conducted before the Senate voted late Saturday to begin debate on its version of the legislation. Support for the plan was slightly lower in the half of the survey conducted after the Senate vote.

Prior to this, support for the plan had never fallen below 41%. Last week, support for the plan was at 47%. Two weeks ago, the effort was supported by 45% of voters.

Intensity remains stronger among those who oppose the push to change the nation’s health care system: 21% Strongly Favor the plan while 43% are Strongly Opposed.

I have to believe that those who still favor the legislation really don’t know what’s in it. Do they realize nobody will receive any “benefits” for several years? Do middle class uninsured Americans understand they will be fined, and possibly jailed, if they don’t pay for a “qualified” plan as defined by the Secretary of Health and Human Services? And do democrats realize that if they’re able to ram a health care bill through, that even supporters of ObamaCare may not reward them at the polls because they’ll have received zero benefits before the next election?

There has to be something that the public can do other than sit back and bite their nails. We have to stop him. He doesn’t care about the American public… in fact, I’m starting to think he’s trying to destroy us.

I say we storm the castle with pichforks and torches…Opps wrong movie.

    This one is MORE frightening!

How can they present a bill that’s over 2000 pages long with a straight face?
