In case you didn’t hear about the loan payback provision for veterinarians in the House health care bill, here’s Rep. Cliff Stearns (R-FL) asking about the ridiculous provision during Saturday’s debate on the House floor. Even more ridiculous is Rep. Louise Slaughter’s (D-NY) response.
