Good News! S. Carolina Attorney General Recruiting More AG’s to Investigate ObamaCare Shady Dealings
ByEven if the bill passes, the state CAN do something about it.
It looks like South Carolina’s Attorney General may fire the first shot.
Via Weasel Zippers, WCBD TV reported:
South Carolina Attorney General Henry McMaster said Tuesday that he intends to organize his counterparts in different states to investigate dealmaking that sealed a final compromise on federal health care legislation.
McMaster was asked by South Carolina Senators Lindsey Graham and Jim DeMint review how Nebraska Sen. Ben Nelson was able to spare his state higher Medicaid costs as the Democrat held
out for perks for his state in the mammoth bill.McMaster said the language of the Nelson provision appears to give the State of Nebraska a permanent exemption from paying the Medicaid expenses all other states in the nation will be required to pay.
“In other words, if this amendment stands, taxpayers from South Carolina and other states will be paying the bills for the increase in Nebraska’s Medicaid population,“ said McMaster. The Nelson provision is unusual in that there is not cut off date or phase out. Many provisions in federal law have a sunset date—say 2, 5, 10, or even 20 years—but this provision will continue in perpetuity.
McMaster said that Attorney General Rob McKenna of Washington State has agreed to join the effort. …

God bless South Carolina. We need a boatload of lawsuits.
I think this should just be the tip of the iceberg as far as all the issues that need to be pursued on legal and constitutional grounds. It is not just the Obama administration, but it is the statist’s and the agenda of the electorates who lied to get elected in 2004, 2006 and 2008 who need to be dragged out into the daylight and made to answer for all the manipulation and thwarting of our country’s guidelines, laws, intentions and provisions. The legalese must end. It’s time to stop the gray from infiltrating and get back to black and white of what is right and what is wrong. Good God…who have this Congress made us become? I say they all belong out in the snow..if not in jail. Remember “…all enemies, foreign and domestic…”? It was in the oath they ALL took!! Well domestic they are and OUT they need to go.
I think I’ll call the Ohio Attorney General and encourage him to sign on with the South Carolina AG. Sounds very interesting and encouraging.
I heard this morning that now there are AG’s from six or more states doing the same thing.
I’m confident that the republicans will take control of both houses in november, americans must demand that the new congress sign a pledge to repeal obamacare then we will demand that they take away any perks that are paid with taxpayer funds including their gold plated health care plan and any campaign funds once a members of congress leave office
