Thousands of Americans Show Up for Code Red Health Care Rally the Week Before Christmas
ByImagine how many people would have shown up in DC to rally against government takeover of health care if it wasn’t the week before Christmas. Not that the Democrats care.

I know Thomas Jefferson would be there with those who are taking a stand against an ever-expanding Federal government. Where does this end? Banking, auto manufacturing, and now health care.
I’m reminded of what Leon Trotsky once wrote shortly after the successful Bolshevik revolution: “In a country where the sole employer is the State, opposition means death by slow starvation. The old principle: who does not work does not eat, has been replaced by a new one: who does not obey shall not eat.”
It’s easy to imagine what happens in a country where the government controls access to health care.
