The Center for Freedom and Prosperity created this easy lesson plan to explain “moral hazard.” Think of it like going to a casino to gamble with someone else’s money, while getting to keep all the winnings and not having to pay back any money lost. They take the risk, you reap the reward. It’s a great deal if you’re not the one footing the bill.

I did a bunch of posts on the topic back in 2008 and early 2009. I inlcuded the video you linked to. This is the sort of thing too many people are unaware of. They keep getting away with it. This is just one of the ways they’ll achieve “social justice.”
