Breitbart Launches ‘Big Journalism’

Andrew Breitbart launched his new site Big Journalism today with the lead story You Are a Bad, Bad, Bad Journalist. That’s what Acorn’s Bertha Lewis told him after he had the nerve to ask her about the lies she’s promulgated. Let’s just say Breitbart’s a different kind of journalist than the likes of Bertha Lewis are used to dealing with.

Breitbart described his new venture as a war – a war between Big Media and the new Small Media. We all know who’s side I’m on.

Editor in Chief Michael Walsh’s ‘welcome post, ‘ We Are All Spartacus Now includes a nice little history of the downfall of objective journalism. In summary, the folks at Big Journalism will stand for American values that are in short supply these days. Thankfully, those values seem to be making a comeback!

We stand foursquare with the Founders. We believe in the First Amendment, not just for we, but also for thee. We believe the phrase, “Congress shall make no law…” could not possibly be clearer. We despise “political correctness” and everything it represents. We will not be told, “you can’t say that,” because to accept that stricture means we cannot think it, either. We believe that freedom of inquiry, freedom of opinion and freedom of expression are the fundamental liberties upon which this country was founded. And we will fight to defend them.
