The leadership of this country is failing and has failed. That is not something I’ve cheered for. Democrats look at reality and choose to ignore the hard facts- and facts are stubborn little things. Taking a public swipe at an equal branch is not a smart thing to do. Justice Kennedy not a conservative by any stretch wrote the opinion for the majority on the decision B.O. was whining about.
