Pelosi – ‘One Way or Another’ We Will Get Health Care

I don’t know what to make of the desperation coming from Democrats in Washington, on the eve of a possible Scott Brown win in Massachusetts.

ABC News‘ Jonathan Karl reports: Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi says Democrats will charge ahead with health care reform regardless of what happens in the Massachusetts Senate race.”Let’s remove all doubt, we will have health care — one way or another,” Pelosi told reporters in San Francisco.

But how?  The Speaker was less clear on that question. …

You know they’re wracking their brains trying to figure out how to ram this through. The question remains, will it be possible?

One other thing to keep in mind, as Senator Orrin Hatch pointed out, if the federal government can force us to buy health insurance, “then there is literally nothing the federal government can’t force us to do.” The Democrats know this more than anyone, they just won’t admit it. Which is why the prospect of this bill passing has so many of us concerned.
