I’m sure you’ve heard about the First Lady’s fight against obesity. You’ve probably wondered what could be wrong with leading the fight against obesity. I know I did.
The Obama Fail blog checked into it, and as usual, there’s a hidden agenda.
On the surface, that’s a great idea. Who could possibly disagree with a campaign to make children healthy? If you can look past the shadowy influence of big labor and Michelle Obama’s history of pushing contaminated food on poor people, then this is a great idea.But the myth of childhood obesity – and American obesity – is a myth. The entire storyline of an obese American population is based on an outdated and flawed measurement known as body mass index (BMI).
What is BMI?
According to the Department of Health and Human Services, BMI is a measure of body fat based on height and weight. If a person’s BMI is between 25 and 29.9, he or she is considered “overweight.” A person with a BMI over 30 is considered “obese.”

Obesity is a growing health problem these days because people are too lazy to do some extra exercise and they eat too much. i always exercise and do cardio regularly to maintain a healthy weight.

Obesity is really an epidemic these days. People have become very lazy and does not want to exercise anymore. I do a lot of jogging and brisk walking everyday just to be fit and healthy.
