The health care dog and pony show summit lasted all day.
President Obama resorted to childish pettiness when confronted with the facts, reminding Senator McCain the campaign is over.
He also reminded the audience who’s president. (As if any of us can forget.)
There were plenty of sob stories, like Rep. Louise Slaughter talking about a woman wearing her dead sister’s dentures. Oh, the drama!

But Senator Tom Harkin took the cake when he likened the lack of health insurance to segregation.
I almost forgot about the number of times the president interrupted Republicans. My, my, was he afraid the American people might hear what they had to say?
And finally, President Obama wrapped things up by revealing it was all a waste of time and issuing an ultimatum. He’s made his decision, and he’s willing to do whatever it takes to ram his agenda through.
